What they don’t tell you
At first glance, the experience seems fine, yet the peeling paint, stained linens, and outdated amenities reveal deeper issues. The food was commendable, but the facilities left much to be desired. The friendly staff compensates somewhat, yet for the price, there are better options nearby.

Relaxing getaway with beautiful sunsets
I spent 5 nights in a King Room Ocean Front and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, right by a stunning beach with soft black sand, and the resort had great amenities like two pools and a fantastic restaurant serving fresh local dishes. The sunsets were out of this world, and I loved watching them each evening from my patio. It would be wonderful if they could refresh and update the rooms for an even better experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Las Olas Beach Resort. The oceanfront view from my King Room was stunning. It felt great to wake up to that every morning. The beach access is fantastic, perfect for relaxation. The pools were great for lounging and barely crowded, giving a sense of privacy. The restaurant food impressed me, especially the ceviche and chicken dishes. Service at the restaurant was prompt and attentive. Housekeeping kept my room clean, providing fresh towels daily. However, the furniture in my room felt outdated and uncomfortable. There were a few maintenance issues, such as a non-functioning TV and the need for some basic updates. Overall, it’s a good spot, but a little refresh could go a long way.
